'Twas A Night to Remember

First things first, I know that it's been months since I last posted. Technically because of several school work loads and some extra activities I've been doing throughout those days. You may now be wondering why I didn't have the time to post during Christmas break, it' s because I was out of town (busy person here). I'll try to sneak in a few posts during my trip next time.

Anyhow, was there a certain time when you felt that a certain occasion should be memorable? Like it should be called A Night to Remember, or A Night I Would Never Forget in my entire living on earth? Guess what, our JS Prom (Junior-Senior Promenade) last 30th of January 2013 gave me that realization.

And the Winner is...

Yes. This post will be all about our school's recently concluded Judenites Got Talent Season 2. But first, we had our so-called fiesta in honor of Saint Jude Thaddeus' feast day which I told you about here.

First, we sorta had a game that our adviser taught us. It was really interactive though you have to be very alert. Next in line, we of course, had our class picture again! (we are so vain, I know) Then afterwards, we dig in, and when i mean dig in, it's when we all enjoy our time and eat the food that we catered.

St. Jude Procession

I know not all of you are Catholics out there, but I am a Catholic haha.. I'm not making sense :|

Anyway, for today, we had our annual procession in honor of our school's patron saint Saint Jude Thaddeus. If you're not familiar with that name, let's just say he's the patron saint of the hopeless cases. Our school participates in this procession exactly the Sunday a week before his feast day October 28, since there would be so many people on the day itself..

Inner Peace

Last October 5-6, 2012, our class had a retreat at the SVD Retreat House in Tagaytay. During grade 6 until 2nd year high school, we had recollections, which lasts for a day. So, this will be our first time to stay overnight in another place. 

After our arrival, we were actually assigned to sleep with someone in a room. Luckily, I had Khlyfz (TrackLane) and Lesley as my roomies. (yay!) Shortly after that, we had our activities, courtesy of Fr. Pavol Hudak. Well.. All I can say is that it really brought me a lot more closer to my dear classmates.
